One-off Terms
This page provides a simple summary of how our one-off cleaning service works. Full details will be confirmed once your booking is arranged.
Booking & Deposit
A booking deposit is required to secure your one-off clean.
This deposit is deducted from the total cost of the service.
If you choose to cancel after booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
If we are unable to fulfil the booking, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Payment
The remaining balance is payable before the scheduled clean, once the booking has been arranged and confirmed.
Cleaning Scope & Estimates
All one-off cleans are provided based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry.
The estimate provided reflects the expected time and level of work required.
If the condition of the property differs significantly from what has been described, we will discuss this with you before proceeding.
We provide general cleaning services only. We do not carry out specialist treatments (for example, mould remediation or hazardous cleaning).
Cleaning Materials & Access
Clients are required to provide suitable cleaning materials and equipment, along with access to hot water.
Safe and reasonable access to the property must be available at the agreed time.
Attendance & Inability to Proceed
If cleaners attend and are unable to carry out the clean due to:
- lack of suitable materials
- access issues
- or conditions significantly different from those described
a reasonable charge may apply to cover time on site.
Availability & Suitability
All bookings are subject to availability and suitability.
In some cases, we may need to review or decline a booking if it falls outside the scope of the service we are able to offer.
During the Clean
If you have any concerns during the clean, please raise them with the cleaners while they are still at the property so they can be addressed at the time. Once the clean has been completed and the cleaners have left, we may not be able to revisit or make adjustments.
General
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you agree to the above terms.
