Clients must provide suitable cleaning materials and equipment for the clean, including:

Vacuum cleaner
Mop and bucket
Cloths / sponges
Cleaning products (kitchen, bathroom, surfaces, floors)
Access to hot water

Bleach must not be provided or used, as it is not permitted under our insurance.
